Bestway and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Miscellaneous

Language

These Terms of Use may be translated into local languages for convenience purposes. In the event of inconsistency between this English version and the local language, the English version shall prevail.
